MBC delivered a Growth Strategy and Supply Chain Optimization project through a consulting boutique SPP. They supported the lead partner as an independent consultant and were responsible for the SCO work stream, identifying approximately $17 million in opportunities.
Led major turnaround program for one of this client operating 180 salons, including end to end Supply Chain & Procurement transformation, enhancement of manufacturing operations and team restructure. Delivered over $1.5m annualized savings accounting for 25% COGS reduction.
Designed and implemented a Business & Procurement Transformation program post-acquisition of Argent group and delivered cost reduction of c.a. $1.5m p.a.
Established E2E supply Chain between China, Pakistan, UAE, EU and US, including factory audits, QC, risk mitigation, cost optimisation, warehousing, regulatory and delivery channels to ensure successful delivery of major contracts in the US and UAE.
Opportunity Assessment & Diagnostic. Reviewed CAPEX plan and existing structure, provided strategic recommendation and road map for medium term business transformation.
Led commercial negotiations for a complete IT and Business Process Outsourcing project while ensuring a favorable position that abides by SPS231 legislation. Worked in collaboration with project team and external legal team to finalise all service schedules. Key documents included Letter of Intent, Short Form Agreement and a Master Outsourcing Agreement with various service schedules.
